PROPERTY TO OUR SITE?
Owners,
Sales Agents, Realtors, Property Managers that have a rental property
that meet the following criteria:
- The property is directly on the beach or ocean,
or
- The property has a view of the beach or ocean
and
- Is within 1/4 mile (1320 ft.) from the beach
or ocean.
HOW MUCH WILL THE
LISTING COST?
- Standard cost, $119.95 per year (seasonal discounts
may apply).
- Multiple listing will receive discounts based
on number of listings & term of listings. Click

- If your listing with us has expired or is about
to expire please Login, navigate to Manage Property
select your property and make a payment through our secure shopping cart.
- No commissions will ever be paid to us. Vacations
Rentals By The Sea, Inc. is an on-line advertising service, similar to newspaper
or a magazine, but entirely web-based. We put rental prospects directly in
contact with you. You book the rentals yourself, therefore you pay no commission
to us.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY LISTING?
Your listing will includes the following:
- Your individual property web pages, setup and
listings on this site.
- Up to 4 color photographs can be added.
- A review and editing if necessary of all images
by our professional graphic arts department to ensure maximum web presentation.
- Detailed listing of what your property has to
offers.
- Your contact information, which can include
name, address, telephone, fax and email.
- Your personal "login user name" &
"password" for editing your property images, descriptions, amenities,
activities or rates.
- Web submission to over 600 Search Engines including
Major Search Engines.
- Free Online Calendar! Visit rentors.org
for information on how to set up a calendar to manage your vacation rentals.
It's absolutely free! Enter booked dates from any browser using their secure
login & password
WHAT
DO I NEED TO DO TO ADD MY PROPERTY?
- New clients will need to "Create
a User Profile". Existing clients can directly "Login"
to add or modify properties.
- Enter your property information after creating
your profile by using our automated property submissions form which generally
takes less than 1/2 hour.
- Upload 1 to 4 property images from your computer
either in gif or jpg formats directly to our server. Note: Actual photos can
be mail and will be scanned at an additional cost of $2.50 per image scan.
IMAGE SUGGESTIONS:
- One color photograph of the ocean
view from your property.
- One color photograph of the outside
of your property and its relationship to the ocean.
- Two color photographs of the inside
of your property.
